1. Delivery costs
Within Germany the shipping costs are EUR 4.90. We send our packages exclusively with DHL and with tracking numbers. These costs apply regardless of the changing total weight of the order. From a total value of your order of EUR 49.00 we take over your shipping costs.
2. Packstation for German customers
It is also possible to send your package to a packing station within Germany.
3. Shipping and packaging costs abroad
Up to a weight of 3 kg the shipping costs are 15.00 EUR. We send our packages exclusively with DHL and with tracking numbers.

Any applicable customs duties, import or export fees are to be borne by the recipient. Any bank transfer costs incurred will be deducted and requested from you. 4. Delivery time
The delivery time within Germany is around 2 – 4 working days. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is approx. 5 – 7 working days. Please note: your goods will not be delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
The specified delivery times require correct entry and specification of the delivery address as well as previous full payment for the goods ordered.
We do not accept any liability for late and / or canceled deliveries that have occurred due to force majeure (e.g. storms, pandemics, accidents, etc.).
5. Delay of acceptance
If you as a customer are in default of acceptance or if you culpably breach other obligations to cooperate, we are entitled to demand compensation for the damage we incur as a result, including any additional expenses. We reserve the right to make further claims.
This does not apply if you, as a customer, effectively exercise your right of withdrawal, if you are not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if you were temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless we have you as the seller have announced the services in advance in a reasonable period of time.
6. Note
Please check your address details carefully! We have to invoice you for incorrect address details and the resulting additional costs for returns. The goods can only be sent again once you have paid the new shipping costs.
What delivery options do we offer?
To make receiving your order as easy and convenient as possible, we offer you the services of DHL Wunschpaket. For example, if you travel a lot, you can address your parcels directly to a packing station or a branch. Or you can set a day or time for the delivery of your order so that you can plan flexibly. Even when you order your delivery to your home, something can always come up. Let us know a desired neighbor or a desired location – so the DHL deliverer can leave your parcels there if he does not find you at home.
Delivery to a packing station
With DHL Packstation you receive parcels when and where it suits you best. This saves you having to wait for the deliverer and pay attention to opening times. To be able to use this service, you must be registered with DHL.

And this is how delivery to a packing station works:
- When ordering, select delivery to a packing station.
- Enter the Packstation number directly or use the location finder to find a Packstation near you.
- Enter your DHL customer number (post number).
- When your shipment has been delivered, you will receive a notification from DHL.
- Now you can pick up your shipment when it suits you. Quite simply with your DHL customer card (Goldcard) and your mTAN, which you received from DHL on your mobile phone.
Delivery to a branch
Take advantage of the opportunity to order your shipments directly to a post office or a DHL parcel shop of your choice. To be able to use this service, you must be registered with DHL.

And this is how delivery to a branch works:
- When ordering, select delivery to a branch.
- Use the location finder to find a nearby post office or a DHL parcel shop.
- Enter your DHL customer number (post number).
- When your shipment has been delivered, you will receive a notification from DHL.
- You can now pick up your shipment at the branch of your choice.
Delivery to your desired location
Determine a place on your property where your parcels can be left in your absence. Your preferred location can be, for example, a space in your garage or on your terrace. It is important that the desired location is freely accessible for the deliverer, but is hidden from view and is protected from the weather. This means that your shipments can also be delivered when you are not at home. You can easily specify the desired location when ordering. The DHL deliverer will only leave the package there if he does not find you at home. You will be informed of this by DHL and you can receive the package there.
Delivery to your desired neighbor
Designate a person in your immediate neighborhood with whom your parcels can be dropped off in your absence. You will be informed of the delivery to your neighbor by DHL and can conveniently pick up the shipment there. The DHL deliverer will only deliver the package there if he does not find you at home.
Delivery on the day of your choice
So that you can plan your day better, you have the option of choosing your preferred day when ordering. You will be shown six possible days for the delivery of your goods. Just choose the day that suits you best. There are no costs for delivery on the desired day / there are costs of 1.29 € incl. VAT.
Delivery times / shipping
Your order will be delivered with DHL. As a rule, it is delivered within 2-4 days. Shipping is free of charge for orders of € 100 or more. Shipping is only possible to addresses within Germany.
GoGreen
We send our deliveries with DHL via the GoGreen program. With GoGreen, the carbon dioxide emissions caused by the transport are offset by climate protection projects. We want to make a contribution to climate protection.
